I was wondering if I remove my valve cover will I damage the gasket taht is there? I just dont want to damage it since its a s14 notch top and I would have to get the gasket ordered from Japan. Any tips on doing this carefull and getting it back in without probs? Thanks.
Its a rubber gasket, you should have no problems. Just be sure the gasket is seated in its groove before re-installing.

It should be fine, just remember to reseal it with rtv.
You dont even need that. In fact, i wouldnt do that, it would make a huge mess.
