Repainting Garage Pics & Recommendations Needed

Decided to use the holiday weekend to go over my garage and repaint it. It isn’t anything special but I wanted to get it looking respectable…you know since I have a garage queen, it should have a nice home. Well here are some progress pics and I am looking for some ideas on how to organize it. I used an Epoxy Acrylic paint for the floor with the decorative speckles and I plan on putting a coat of clear on it to help it hold up. As you can see it is pretty small…about 24’ x 13’ (standard 1 car) and space is limited. I have an old shelf (in pic below) and a few old kitchen cabinets that I want to use. The only thing is I don’t know what color scheme I want to go with for the shelves and cabinets. I was thinking maybe a light silver/gray and maybe paint the cabinet doors a dark gray. Any is ideas on color schemes or ways to help organize will be appreciated.

nice suddle improvement. Forgot you even had that Red TA

With a gray floor I’d do some kind of gray color scheme like you said.

Is there enough room for some overhead storage for stuff that doesn’t get used often?

The ceiling is only 7.5 feet high, so an overhead storage might cut it close. I was thinking in the back corner mybe put a high deep shelf to help with storage.

put a turd on top of it!

Holy shit, The TA moved outta the garage.

my first thought also… maybe across the street into another garage?

Buddy let me use his garage.

Put the first coat of clear on today…this friday the WS,6 can come home.

I will probably be doing the same thing to my garage very shortly. This is the color scheme I am going to go with as well as in my big garage.

Just to give you a few visual ideas

Put it on wheel dolleys so the tires don’t get dirty?
