Review: Trico Innovision Wiper Blades

Just thought I would do a review of a new product I was actually happy with for once lately.

I put these on my car when I first got it cause the OEM ones sucked and were noisy. Little shit like my wipers not working perfectly dirves me nuts.

The wipers are kind of a knock off of the Aero wipers found on VAG cars and other nice rides, but with a universal application not needing the wiper arms to be upgraded like VAG cars do if they didnt come with OEM ones originally.

If your like me, notice a new product in the autoparts store and wonder if its any good, I give these a  Had them on the car for about 3 months now and still working perfectly. They work great in the winter conditions, and don’t freeze up at all. They seem to be holding their shape well also and the high speed tests have been good also

nice job Jeller

So, uhhhhh… what speeds are they good to so far?

You need the ones from the McLaren with the little wing on them to give them downforce at 200+MPH…

I sell these at NAPA. Awesome product. A little extra $$ but well worth it.

And to answer your question Itagaki…well I don’t speed in the rain, but I assure you they will not come up @85+

do they come in hot chrome.

Those look to not have the hinged design that most blades have. It is those hinges that always cause the problems in winter. I may have to get a set of those…

nice review, i think i’ll have to stop by the napa to pick some up

been rocking these for almost a year

they kick ass

they cant be better than my hottt red plastic double wiper blades, hopefully they dont sell those ugly things anymore.

Good tup jeller

might have to pick these up once my blades on my DD take a sheet

Hmmm. That bow shape really seems like it’d do a spanking job on staying flat on the windshield.

BASTARD!! I was going to give these a shot and do the same thing… I noticed that the OEM wipers on the EVO’s suck, and was going to replace them with these…

Nice job though!!

Group buy???

How much for a set of three for the EVO… Two fronts and a rear…

Great minds think alike sometimes

I could probably do that…let me look into a few things and gauge intrest.

Nice. I might have to pick these up. The wipers on the rex like to leave a streak right in my line of sight at 65+mph.

I was looking at these, but they were simply too expensive for me. My current winter blades have been on my car for two years now.

Geez I picked up a pair of these to use for the winter and they sucked so bad I had to put my old ones right back on. I think they are curved so much that they would not sit flat on my windshield. The blade would not make any contact in the middle, leaving me with a huge spot that was not getting cleared. Maybe you need a stronger wiper arm spring to run these or something because they definately dont work on my car.

I had one pull away from the metal, making it useless. For the 10 months or so that they were on, they worked well. They chattered a bit, though. They didn’t do so well in the snow–snow kind of rolled over the top of them.

I replaced them with Bosch Icon. They don’t chatter at all, they work well in the snow AND they don’t make that “click” when switching direction. Quite neat. Advanced has them 25% off along with their other blades.
