Well, I had a tib/fib fracture about 8 years ago. It still hurts sometimes. Last week when we got those 2 really bad cold days, it felt like someone took a baseball bat to my leg and knee.
I broke it on skiboards, first run of the year at jiminy. If i stood up, it would of looked like your leg in the first picture.
did u get a full leg cast? I had one up to my hip for 3 months.

nope, no cast, just a titanium rod and 4 screws that I have for life now.
I damaged it too much for a cast, also having bone missing there was obvious issues with that

yea, they drilled out the bone marrow from my tibia, and hammered in a titanium rod the entire length of my leg.
