Different people have might have different reasons for learning to rider, but almost none of them have anything to do with getting us from point A to point B. We pick it up because we all wanted to experience something; Something only riding a motorcycle can give us.
Never in my wildest dreams would I ever thought my most peaceful experience in life is when I am on the most violent machines I own.

put my first 80 miles on the bike today, gotta break in the tires somehow 
Went from Altamont up through thatchers park, then east on 85 to downtown Albany, then out Rte 20 to check out the drift day at LVD.
80 miles left till odometer rolls over 10k, 4700 and counting for this season.
Damn. I miss home. Vtwin buddiezzz though.
