Also, 200 rounds would do you plenty. You can take out an engine block if needed. This is just a option of the many things you can do with an AR platforum.

been looking at these threads but not saying much…been thinking about picking up something, not sure on if i want a rifle like an ar or ak, or if i just want something like a 12 gauge shotgun.
i really just want to have fun and blast holes in shit, lol.
The beowulf 50 is so silly. I love it.
For the same kind of money I’m getting a real 50 cal upper.
WTF is that thing? The b 50 upper is like $700 and a modified mag is only another $20.
That ar upper has a $2500 price tag in its lowest price config with the 5 round mag, they have a single shot bolt starting at $1700 will be ordering one in the spring
Shotguns are fun for awhile but they get old.
If you order a rifle online can you have it shipped to your house or does it need to be shipped to a gun shop? And what gun shop would want to do that for the competition?
Can I buy a rifle/shotgun in PA and bring it back to NY or no?
Has to be shipped to a FFL, you can google FFL to find one closer, they charge $25-35. The gun gets shipped directly to them.
You cannot buy in PA, its illegal for them to sell you a guy with your NY DL.
Mine upper kit was shipped direct. The lower receiver frame is the part that is serial numbered and registered. You can buy all the other parts as much as you like. Not definite on the interstate transport but I think it’s not OK, especially handguns.
Cheapest FFL fee in buffalo is a guy in WS $20 transfers.
That will prob work just fine for you.
Not true, my main FFL is 10 minutes across into PA and I bought my Daniel Defense m4v5 from him. You can also buy handguns from a PA FFL, you just have to have him bring it into a NY FFL and have him do the transfer, same goes with ar15 stripped lower recievers because they get classified as “other” in the paper work. Long rifles or shot guns (aka guns that don’t need to be state registered) can be sold to out of PA FFL’s to NY residents no problem. It’s you making them NY legal that makes the difference coming back into NYS.
Craiglows for southtowns and Farmers for northtowns are hands down the best and cheapest to deal with. Fuck almost every store that has an FFL in WNY and rapes ignorant people.
So, i’m leaning towards an RRA ar-15, and I am potentially going to be picking up one sooner than expected.
Does Buffalo Gun Center have RRA’s in stock? Any other local gun stores that you are aware of?
i own an ar a few ak’s, mosin nagants, and so on, but i find myself taking my marlin model 60 .22lr to the range more often the my other guns. youll get over the big balls feeling of the ar and want a .22 soon enough. buy a 10/22 develop some basic shooting skills, and not just “spray and prey”. nyfirearms.com has a ton of good information.
Sadly, this is the direction I’m heading too.
