I said best chance  based on location and some other things in the case
It will end up going to the supreme court in 5 years down the line or something
7rd thing is partially knocked down right now and will end up getting completely killed.
Ammo background check will end up costing such a huge amount of money NY doesn’t have it will ultimately fail
AWB feature ban/feature test is going to be the hard one unless they find a judge who looks at things on some sort of equal level and doesn’t quote MAIG.
Registration hasn’t been beaten anywhere else it will end up staying
However most of this will take some extremely long amount of time/appeals to ever work its self out.
Hopefully something forces NYSP to make some sort of statement on the AR MR2 mag release which I doubt will happen until someone gets caught with one and there is a case about it.
it’s like a who’s who of violent gun using movies.
It’s liek saying "I hate drugs and am going to make a movie all against it. And then he goes on to produce BLOW.
Another school shooting… People are going to kill others. It’s life. Don’t like it, move to a different country.
If I was responsible enough to have children, I would most certainly not have firearms anywhere accessible. The firearms wouldn’t even exist in my children’s minds.
Why doesn’t the media start profiling the parents of these kids. Maybe show their negative habits, and let the world know the truth. The blame might shit from the gun laws or kids mental stability, to the shitty parents.
my dad was an avid outdoorsman, I was raised around guns and was not sheltered from them, as a little little kid I was told if I saw a gun to not touch it and tell an adult, when I was a little older I was taught never point a gun at anyone I don’t intend on killing, to this day I have NEVER pointed a gun at anyone, accidental or otherwise
I grew up with a very similar upbringing, and this is how it should be. I’ve always been around firearms but Gun Safety was instilled in me at a very young age.
I agree with both of you guys here. Maybe my point was more so the guns would be inaccessible at all times unless supervised. My parents never had any guns in the house, but my uncle who lived next door taught me firearm basics.
It wasn’t that many years ago lots of schools had shooting ranges in them and if you have ever been to Texas/south many many families have guns readily available around the house.
