Just pulled mine out of the closet. Has a little surface rust and a pretty dark bore. Must of put her away dirty last year. Just spent a whole 20 min cleaning her and she looks great again. What non corrosive ammo are you guys buying these days?

When I buy fireworks in PA they just want to be sure you are not breaking their state laws, they don’t enforce other state laws. Maybe not the same but…
But they can also refuse to sell to who ever they want. I wasn’t sure if they where turning away people from NY.

If anyone really asks, which it does not seem like they are. Tell them your meeting a friend in PA to shoot while your down there.
buying in PA IS 100% good to go. I have yet to be turned away, every shop has been super nice and usually spend time talking about how the laws suck.
Though if you want good selection and a fun trip take the drive to fur fin and feather in Ashland Ohio. Way way better than any PA shopp we’ve visited.

Drove from Mayberry to east Rochester to pick up a box of ammo. Went to manually cycle a round and it got stuck in the chamber. Check RRA Web site and it says not to use corbon ammo. Guess what I bought. E mailed corbon and they are 100% behind it and sending me a shipping label to send it back.

Was in a dry spell but picked this up not long ago for a steal.
WW1 M1917 all original and also came with a 1918 dated leather sling i have since put on my 1903 Springfield. Haven’t shot it yet but the bore is exceptional. These rifles are very accurate and is what Sgt York used to snipe a shit load of Germans.
