Rifle Guys, Boom boom bang bang.

In the spirit of twin 45s… I traded my ar pistol for a bitone xds 45 and ak47 pistol today.

The xds in black is now for sale.

This is my first ak… Womp wimp

Was praying there was something farther. Either way I’ll be lugging down a rifle or 2. And thank you for the offer, I’ll be sure to shoot you a pm when I’m on my way down.

There are some over in Tampa, which is better for you.

I’ll have to look into it. I can spend a whole day at a range. So if it takes me 2 or 3 hours to get there it’s not a problem. But just googling Florida rifle ranges didn’t come up with anything good.

Man 200 yard max ranges, that sucks. The range I shoot at has a 400, and there is another range close to my house that has a 1000 yard range.

Yes it sucks a lot. I have a friend i met on a firearm fourm, his step father lives outside of lockport and has a 700yrd range in his back yard with both paper and steel all the way out. I get the change about twice a summer to go. But last time i was still using my AR i build and was limited to the 600yrd mark. And have been limited to 200 as of now.

buffalo had 50 yard ranges…ghey

That is some real shooting skill there. I thought I was getting good until I watched some distance shooting - put me back on the correct peg again.

The awesome part about the 1000 yard range is its complete electronic scoring, you can see all of your hits on the computer next to you.

I only have shot 1000yds inside in Texas. Without electronic scoring, walking back and forth after a set of shots sucked.

Thats why a decent spotters scope is needed.

Niagara County Sportsman’s Association has a 300yrd range. Probably going to be the club I end up joining.

Just took a look. Looks like a good fit for me as well.

Went out to texas last week, got to shoot and move, they also had a 1000 yard range. I need to go back. It was awesome.

Some big boy toys

I love shooting and moving, that’s how I shoot 95% of the time :rambo:

Waiting on my house to close, next purchase is a Sig Sauer P320 sub compact. Debating on selling my XD9.

Have you shot the 320? I wasn’t a fan… But I’m a glock fan boy, so what do I know

I would stay away from those cheaper Sig’s like the P250 or 320. It is cool you can get them both in .357SIG, which is a great round. I got a H&K USP Compact in .357sig. It’s prolly my favorite pistol I own, next to my G17 which never lets me down either. I wouldn’t get rid of that XD either. I like those a lot too.

I did shoot it, it’s a nice gun. I like the modularity of it, makes it a bit more versatile.

I’ve been shooting a tanfo limited pro in uspsa production this year. Going to a metal gun was a bit strange at first (shot m&p’s for 3 years) but now I’m officially in love with the tanfo platform. In fact my new stock 2 should arrive shortly and the lim pro will become my back/practice mule.
