Pillaging with 40 trade ships and getting all 40 ships loaded with goods in a day for my taking > waiting for my guys to get the goods

I am actively putting all of my wood into the wood production on each island as well. The more wood coming in, the more I can upgrade it. I want my islands at level 13… and they’re all at level 10 now, giving me +175 wood/hr.

The other island people are upgraded the resources, which is good as well

What level players are you attacking and how many troops do you send??
