If it is the 2nd I believe they use soy cheese for the cheese and then the veggies,correct?I would easily be able to offer that, but how would that affect the taste of my pie then?

soy cheese is a great addition, but a necessity. My fave is a garlic crust, no cheese, tons of sauce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and red peppers. But soy cheese would make it better i think.
Trust, you’d probably think it tasted like shit, but i’d LOVE it. heh.
sounds good without the soy cheese, and mushrooms, but other than that, id eat it.
