FYI I bought a tv from them with a similiar deal but their financing is through citifinancial. You cannot set up auto bill paying unless you have a citibank account. And they do not take payments online.

I can’t say anything bad about rosas side of things. They did price match the pricematch thing, not that everyone doesn’t but it is definitely a little more personal there unlike circuit city or best buy.

remember there is NO return policy

i worked there for 2 days, as a ex sales mgr @ circuit city i was appalled by the culture there and the customer can go buysomewhere else attitude

for example

if you say your gonna pick something up and they set it as a carry, then u decide to come back because it didnt fit in your car (a large tv for example) and then you come back the next day with a biggger truck and nobodyremembers you. Their system says you already took the product and they WONT give you another one, i watched this happen, it was escalated all the way up to the VP of sales who was being a dick, i had to take it upon myself to do a count in the “warehouse” which is only as big as a small house and it took me all of 2 seconds to realize we had ONE of the tvs in the back, adn the computer said we had 0…

and the no return policy, i watched the sales mgr tell a customer who took home a toshiba DLP and in 15 days the bulb blew, he didnt buy an extended warranty, and they told him he had to contact the manu for service and they could not swap out the tv for him…

so be careful, if price is all your looking for, buy off the interweb and save urself tax and shipping

Got burned on an expensive stereo with the extended warranty from this shit hole. They claimed the unit got hit by lightening and wouldn’t fix it

actaully the extended warranty from there covers electrical surge… it says so in writing on teh contract
