RR question TWfolks chime in!

I actually don’t live in Amherst anymore, moved a week or so ago, but I am not sure when we are going that route. If you call in and inquire I believe they will upgrade you early.

Im in the City o Buff, but do those 15/1 numbers hold for turbo here?

or is it 4/384 basic and 10/1 turbo?

EDIT: So I decided to call, theyre showing i get 10/1 now and turbo is 15/2… though my speed numbers are bullshit for 10/1

For accurate speed quotes in this area you need to check

http://www.timewarnercable.com/wny/

Those other rates are for some other part of the US. Infrastructure is different in every area, so speeds and rates also vary even though you may be using the same company (Time Warner)

Turbo regardless of where you are in Buffalo is 15/2

I just called Cust Svc (just got home), talked to Michael who struggled to understand my question: “I’d like to know what my Roadrunner service is rated at right now, and if I can upgrade it.”

Three minutes later he looked it up for me.

I have the 10 mb / 1 mb service.

Looks like I have to call tech support.

You do not, that speed is typical of a 4000/384 cap.

Nikuk, you dont have the 10/1. Id call and start a bitchfest.

These are my speeds now with actual 10/1 service:
