ryt die my interior

i dont like the colors of the plastic that runs up my pilliar(got this stoney cheap look to it. i dont wanna spray paint it and have that ricey look. so i was wondering if i could rit dye them black. ive been using rit dye to change the color of my plastic r c car wheels so i dont see it as a problem. any input is apreciated.

I don’t see why not

Youre better off using SEM plastic paint. Its spray paint made for painting interior plastic parts. I used it to make a few blue parts gray on my father’s car.

my rattle can jobs looked great

i want a satin black finish not something cheap.

I used Krylon Fusion plastic spray paint on some things for the inside of my car… it looks great

:word:

u have pics?

I could take some tomorrow If you wanted

EDIT: I painted the chrome on my hood and my back panel with the Fusion too… with no clear coat and it’s still looking awesome

i’ve got a primer at work called XIM that works amazing. I painted a window crank with it, then topcoated with some bumper black, it hasn’t peeled one bit. Previously I used some interior plastic paint and that peeled in a week or so.
