Hey, my dad just realized we have a working battery on my celica which is no longer in use, but he can’t get into my car to look through the manual and see what the amperage requirements for the 240 is and he’s going to my uncle’s house tonight (where the celly is stored) so it’d be great if someone could tell me so I can just call him and get that taken care of today.

Well any battery should be fine as a car battery is a car battery is a car battery. The amperage is not really an issue. I mean if you tried using a tractor battery or something sure that’s really not good enough but the one out of your Celica will surface just fine.
Just have to make sure the mounts are the same. Some cars use side mounts some use top. So if the two cars use the same ones, your good to go man.

Wicked, I told my dad batteries are the same, but he told me the amperage was different, yadda yadda, so I had to check. They are both top mount, so I’ll be installing it today when I get home from work.
