update: got everything in the engine bay back together, fired up on the first try, test drive around the block went successful no smoking, pulled smooth :tup: 
the bov i got used tho is leaking a bit at idle so thats going to have to go, but otherwise mechanically everything was sound, no wierd noises etc, all in all i’m pretty content! still got work to do but she runs/drives
