can anybody tell me if an s15 sr20 blacktop will bolt right into my s14 like the other sr20`s?

It will bolt in, but wiring and driveshaft are another story.
if you use the s15 6spd tranny you have to modify your drive shaft and your tranny mount or something like that.Iam going to be doing this swap in a month so I ll know more then only I am using a s13 5spd tranny.I am also going to send my wiring harnesses out to be rewired for my setup a guy in montreal does it.
you will need to use the S15 rear diff if you use the 6 speed transmission, as the diff houses the speed sensor.
you can get around that with a custom driveshaft and somesort of jumper not real sure how its done but I know people are doing it.

im sure there is a way to do it. but i could care less, the S15 trans is weak since they shoved a 6th gear in a normal SR trans. IMO the best thing you could do i just swap in a regular SR trans and not have to worrie about the whole Speed sensor shit. plus then atleast you wont end up blowing the transmission up when you are making some power.
