Ouch that had to suck. I had a short in my HKS Twin Power once. It was really fun going 90 mph the having your ignition system just STOP. Then after negotiating to the side of the road you hear a pop then flames come out of the Twin Power. Hahaha that was a good day. Nice thing was that since it was plug and play once we got the flames out I just uncliped and bypassed the TP and drove off.
Anyone who has a TP it’s a great system but there are few things you should know about cleaning your engine near it.
I also popped a motor not that it’s uncommon on a Rx-7 :roll:
