By law, Apple does not have to accept the payment. Plus it’d cost Samsung prolly 10’s of millions to do it, between renting 2,755 trucks and counting it all out.

does anybody really think samsung would pay out already? there are these things called appeals, this case is far from over.

and i’m more interested if the ceo’s ferrari is really a stolen vehicle or not.
