Had dish for about 4 years now and never had many problems, Signal outs once in a rare while but its satellite tv expect that. Should be good to go with either one just remember TIME WARNER BAD, either companys middle package beats the shit out of what they offer. My package is the top 140 i beleive and its 49.99, plus i added that play tv game channel for 5, and dvr is 5, so taxes and all im @ about 64.99 a mo
