I see a dark red 4 door escort that has a big “no money customs” or something like that sticker on the back window a lot (along with removed hubcaps, foglights that he keeps on all the time, and a fart can). He tried to race my old neon and I just ignored him. I saw him again when I was driving the Vette and gave him a rev, but he just kept staring straight ahead. I’ll see if I can get a camera phone pic next time I see him.
