Wow, that’s crazy. Even when I made 360 whp on my red car, and flogged the hell out of it, I would still average 25+
Well to be very honest id look into a shep built or a wacker gsr 5 before u start making more power lol.but if ur interested in a FP 30r let me know I may move it cuz I wanna go either a stm forword set-up or a 35r with my mani.
A healthy stock 6spd can handle the power. And soon sheps gonna build 6spds.
he actually is already building them, but only in limited batches at first
Oh sweet, I haven’t read the thread on evom in a while. Last I heard he was contacting interested buyers but they never replied.
ya, im not worried so much about the trans or anything as im only going to try to make a reliable 350whp with the stock turbo and i already have a fidanza clutch installed
going to try and find a tactrix 2.0 and get a new sensor for my wideband so i can get an idea of where the current tune is
Yup, stock trans is good enough.
You don’t need the 2.0. Just get the 1.3.
^^ whats the differences? the only ones i seen on the website is 2.0
I would get a 1.3 on ebay for like $75 bucks. The 2.0 can datalog to itself I think, but you need a laptop to read it, so it’s easier just to use the laptop to begin with, heh. Some of the software only works on 1.3 as well.
awesome, thanks guys, you just saved me some cash
now i just need to find a place to get the aem sensor cheap, seem avg price is 80 shipped on ebay

will i need the reflash connector?
this is the only one i came up with on ebay? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BFM-Subaru-Mitsubishi-EVO-Tactrix-V1-3-OBD-Flash-Cable-/270687013534?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f06340a9e
Yeah for the evo you need the reflash connector, so I think that one is for a suby.
I bought mine from these guys a while ago. http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=TAC-OpenPort1.3U
And if you need the evoscan pm me. Save you the $
well next week i scheduled an appointment to get my springs installed, then an alignment then John from j-k-tuning.com is going to street tune my car for me
well today i went to a shop to get the springs installed and have a street tune done
the shop i went to www.innovative-motorworks.com out of Carlisle Pa did an awesome job installing the springs and them it for a great price!! Then John of www.j-k-tuning.com did a street tune on my car, everything went great and we maxed out my stock injectors at 23-24 psi
while installing the springs i also found out it has a works 3" high flow cat, and it has a lightweight flywheel and clutch from Fidanza
virtual dyno results coming soon and then I will be waiting to find a good deal on some ID or FIC injectors and a fuel pump so I can turn up the boost and make more power
 sounds like a nice car so far dude.
Car is going to scoot man! I went 11.010 @ 124.55 with stock injectors, not quite maxed out.
Good stuff
ya, im about 1,000 lbs heavier but im hoping for low 12’s, im just glad i dont have to worry about a clutch
next list of mods will be a fmic, 1000’s and a new fuel pump(undecided with all of the new options)
Decisions, decisions.
What springs you go with?
you should easily run low 12s. i like the interiors on the 9s much better than the 8s, ive never been in a 9… but they look a lot nicer
Yeah I really rather have black seats then that ugly blue. Darker steering wheel too.
