they do look very similar, it was between these abd vb3’s since i needed wheels and i had to find some for sale (had loaner car and couldnt wait a week of shipping) so i drove out to nyc and bought the wheels from someone who never installed them and got a hook up for the hankooks
10" rear wheels are HUGE!!! but surprisingly enough it rides smoother than it did with 18’s and the runflats!!
Runflats are terrible. I just mounted some new wheels/tires with Continental Extreme Contact DWs. It’s amazing how much better they are.
I know everyone says that but I do have to say that the turn in on the RFT’s is great, the stiff side walls really make for a direct feel. I have the Conti DW’s also and I am very happy with them, but I do miss the turn in of the RFT’s. The rft’s have like a 140 treadwear rating also, I have run them on the track and was surprised to how much grip they do provide, I think they are much better than people give them credit for.
I think a lot of the bad reputation comes from their incredibly fast decline in performance as they wear. And considering the low treadwear rating, that window of optimal performance is fairly small.
But yes those sidewalls are beastly. The guy that took them off my stock wheels didn’t fail to mention that. lol

254hp 274 tq the dif in the runs was from removing the top of the airbox

Debating about throwing the spoiler on black and glossy black vinyl my roof, whats everyone think

I like the wing but not sure if I would leave it black, even with the roof idea. Especially with how subtle it is, I think it would look a lot cleaner if it were color matched to blend in with the trunk.
