it is an SSAC turbo kit, so whatever spec they come with.
there are bugs being worked out but i was in it yesterday and it runs and drives pretty good.
he isnt beating the poo out of it just yet, but he will.
KA’s are a dime a dozen anyways… look at chris he went through 4 in the summer… heck i gave him at least 1 KA for nothing and will prolly give him a few more if he needs them… actually my old KA is sitting on a stand outside his house right now.
Reason’s why this is NOT the correct way to build a KAT:
The motor wasn’t rebuilt, that means the bottom end, rings and head, are still in the tired condition of a beaten KA… Except you’re adding another 250
2)The turbo is POORLY matched and I’m sure lags, very much so, until at least 4-4500 rpm, plus the fact it outputs enough flow for a large amount of hp that a stock motor isn’t equipped to handle…
The manifold wasn’t made correctly to fit, and had to be modified… Modifying manifolds that were designed a certain way often promotes changes that can lead to cracking…
Too much fuel will leak past seals an into oil, this can cause dilution of oil, and ultimately cause a catastrophic motor failure…
Nobody gets it, your king shit! I cruise SON and see you bitching about everyone elses cars/comments, whatever you can speak negatively about, you do it… And you have nerve to talk shit about these Niagara guys, sorry they aren’t spoiled rotten like you and your friend niterider, they do shit there own way, how THEY want to do it, its their car’s, so sit back and please be quiet.
And you wonder why you were de-modded. Don’t want to see this crap again… we are trying to keep this thread clean. - AR
