So bikes at 15krpm are louder than a plane taking off? What were residents saying when that airfield was in use?

In their defense, planes don’t take off and land non-stop from 7am~5pm.

FWIW, The last I heard unofficially from a guy that represents the track is nothing will change for 2014…
