civics faster we all know that… and dependable… but I still do like the scions with the 1zz motors…they look nice and are really really good economy cars. Its generally the same exact motor thats in all your older celica st/corollas… 1zzfe its the newer version of the 4afe. But generally the same thing with vvti. But it will run forever… if your looking for economy car and some style its great. It doesnt make much for power though.

Fe are the good heads or is it ge? I always mess that up.

The SI sedan just popped up on the official honda site today, oddly enough after I was trying to locate a release date for them yesterday. From a number of reports I’ve seen dealers should have them on the lots anyday now although I’m sure in very small numbers like the coupe.

hahaha…i know, I just wanted to come bust some balls…thats all. I like imports, just hate all the letter/number combinations for everything you do to them. Both will probaly be overpriced, but still pretty cool. Just wish they would offer a bit more than a muffer as a means to increase power :squint:

I think we need to consider the two again. If you want a car that is practical good looking sporty and just plain an excellent daily driver go Si. But if you want to cruise around in a pink shirt (colla popped) with a white hat bumpin to the new hits on kiss fm looking for girls go Scion.

But if you want to spend money on it how can you put money into a scion. No support, no potential, no class.

i want the si, but its so small inside. theres a ton of legroom, but no headroom. the honda dealership in wexford didn’t have any in stock, but i sat in a new 2 door, and im assuming they both have the same headroom. my head was rubbing the ceiling. if it had like 1 more inch of headroom, it would be perfect.

mine has a height adjustable seat i assume all the civics have them but with mine the whole way down it sits low

the civic i sat in had height adj. also. but im almost 6’2, and im not the tallest guy, but i had a real problem fitting in the car. if i could have fit better, i might have thought more about getting one. i don’t understand it, my sentra is a compact, but i have a ton of headroom.
