So Basically the pirates are going to have a mediocre start with Sean Casey and Zach Duke kicking ass. Then right before the all-star break they are going to trade them to other teams so we lose some games. Because the pirate organization is good at that.
there is a good chance but lets hope not. maybe we can try to keep him around and maybe the fact of him playin back at home will help negotiations in the future. and aso w/ the all-start game being here comin up, that can hopefully bring us more money…maybe…lol.

I don’t think that Casey being from USC is going to help that much in future negotiations. I think one of the articles said he now resides in Jupiter, FL.
I also think that Mark Cuban’s interest in the team lit a fire under McClatchy.

if he’s from Upper St. Clair, then his head is most likely way to far up his own ass to care about his future in Pittsburgh now that he actually has a ton of money. He’ll be outta here like just about every other good pirate.
