Wiring will be different for sure, cant think what else… maybe some minor things like power steering.
I take it your car is RHD? If so your rad hoses will be different.

So maybe you mean a CA18 where there was a KA24DE? If so, easy swap. Follow the Heavy Throttle SR Swap instructions, then ask more questions.
