Does anybody have any idea of a place within say 200 miles where one could take his wife on like a 2 day getaway? I’m thinking a cabin on a lake with nobody within observable distance, for obvious reasons 
A lot of the places I have seen are around $1200-$1500 for 2 days and usually with other cabins not too far away. At that price point, it gets close to taking a quick trip to FL etc.
That looks very nice but for a different romantic occasion. This is more of a search for “rustic romantic” with the possibility of getting very personal on the beach with no onlookers.
Ive had this book marked forever, still havent had a chance to get to one. Looks like around $200/night dep on the exact place.
