no my car is not tunned yet. and my knock sensor is not working either so we pulled a lot more timing out then what is needed to be safe.
lol @ the 2nd guy on the list you posted,TexanTony needs slicks BADLY.
yeah 636WHP is a bitch with front wheel drive. that was on drag radials but it wasa while ago so i don’t rember what type. he is also on stock axels and is cautious to snap them 1000miles away from home. I believe he ran that time at last years sho convention i’ll try and look up his video.
Well I figured you would cut better 60`s being a auto…and if your not getting any wheel spin you might be bogging the car out with slicks at to little PSI…
under boost at a stop i’m at about 3800rpm so the car isn’t bogging by any means but I could have launched a lot harder for sure. I have never launched that at full boost with the slicks and like I said before the last run was the only one that the car would actually build full boost and I launched at half throttle (4-6psi) becuase i didn’t want to blow the run since it was my last of the night.
and 13005TEDGP i’ll pm you next time i plan on going up i think our cars would be a good match. I would like to prove (to the sho community) that the SHO can be a decently capable car on the drag strip, because the mentality on the forum is if you want to go fast straight buy a GTP because the sho is a roadcourse car not a drag car.
