Not only that, it doesn’t sound like she did anything to determine a listing price. She’s really not doing her job. Get a new realtor, have her tell you what to do to sell the house, have her compare it to sale prices of similar homes within 1-2 mile radius that have sold within the last 90-180 days to determine your house’s market value.
