This is correct, but Greg is also correct. You cannot get in any legal trouble for carrying with a restricted permit. It’s a grey area. Worse they can do is revoke it. It’s all about not being a moron while carrying. Noone should ever know you have it on you anyways (sans Police during a traffic stop).
