I can’t figure this out for the life of me. I can’t click on the “Turn Windows features on or off”. That shield indicates it has something to do with UAC, but I have that turned all the way down (I know it doesn’t shut it down completely…) but I can’t figure out why absolutely nothing happens when I click on it. I check GP settings, and tried logging in as the local admin and still, same thing. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
