my girl friend has a 02 honda accord se 4cylinder and they are known for having the automatic tranny slip. Any local shop that are familiar with this and can possibly get me a quote?
had one done at buckholtz on sheridan recently. was reasonable and done well
I do NOT recommend AAMCO on Sheridan in Amherst/Williamsville. They had to rebuild my transmission in my 89 prelude 4 times and it kept blowing up. The car had a whopping 130 HP… unacceptable. They also charged me twice because they were losing their asses on the “warranty.” They even “upgraded the internals” once and that blew up and replaced it with a refurb which also died.

x2…they wouldnt look at my cobalt because it was too “modified” also they said i was having a clutch issue when i really blew up my trans. the guy on the phone was like OH we’ll hook up our scanner and see if your trans has any codes…im like…manual transmissions dont have a computer?
