lol, its true. but besides the clutch and tranny being shot in that car, it leaked when we went through that rain storm and the AC never worked ever since it left the dealers lot.
They’re hardly unreliable. The Elise is like the Civic of all Lotus cars ever built. They actually have had fantastic records so far. But, it’s only been about 2 years since they’ve been here (road legal ones at least).
Toyota has taken a lot of the “Lotus” out of the Elise…
