I think its just that you are being woken up suddenly, during rem sleep or w/e, and therefore you remember your dreams more clearly.
Seems to me that your sub-conscious doesn’t know how much sleep you plan to get, and therefore will not “adjust” your dreams to something wilder than usual. ???
I’ve always found I’ve had the weirdest dreams when I sleep for a while, wake up for a bitfor alms reason, then go back to bed. Wacky ahit always happens then
I usually have my wierdest dreams when I nap with the tv on. Just last week i fell asleep watching something on the bio chanel where a woman was being investigated for the death of her marine husband. During my dream I was an NCIS agent and I was part of gibbs’ team of NCIS agents from the the sitcom. I woke up and I was like wtf?
The last odd dream I had was about Roger Moore(007) trying to help me find drawings I needed for work in my house…
I don’t think the content of my dreams changes with the amount of sleep I have had. I think they change in relation to what I have done in the past day or so. It also helps to eat greasy spicy food before bed.
I’m the same way… every time I take a nap I have incredibly strange, vivid dreams. Every time I get a good night sleep I either don’t dream, or wake up with no recollection of dreaming what-so-ever.
Anyone ever notice that you can sleep through thunderstorms and construction, but the slightest cough from your kid in another room can make you immediately wide awake?
My favorite dreams are the ones where you realize your dreaming and try to do weird shit.
I also HATE that stuff I read while dreaming keeps changing. I always keep going back to reread it only to get aggravated.
