got my motor back this weekend, started assembly today. A few more weeks and it should be back in the car.
what all did you have done to it?
eagle crank, arp rod bolts, main studs, center 2 steel main caps, line bore, balance, piston pin bores opened up, new bearings, rings, deck surface was cut.

Got any good close ups of the finishes in the bores?
i can get some tomorrow, there are a few really small groves in the #5. but they are below the oil ring.
I wanted to see what kinda hone job they did for ya. Did they use a machine? like a sunnen ck10? Theres alot of power to be made with just the finish of the cly walls. The better the rings seat the more power your gonna make
