sig limit problem

ok i tried to have the following in my sig, which is 243 characters with spaces (checked in word) and it says it’s too big even though is says the limit is 250 characters. what the problem is ??

Also, the 250 limit is kind of small, esp if you’re like me and aren’t rocking a picture in the sig, a sig with 400 characters will still be smaller than most sigs with pics, so I ask to up the limit…

We’ve implimented a program that doesn’t allow for lame ‘stick it to the man’ sigs.

I did a quick count and got to 253 characters, give or take 1 or 2 cuz i did it quickly

Yeah but now i jumped on the Portugal bandwagon. And of course if they lose, then it will be Brasil.

What does that have to do with anything though? I love reading random funny quotes in poeple sigs, so why does it matter so much if I put it up? My sig doesnt take up more space than most peoples on here sine I don’t have a pic anyways.

I really don’t get how this site is run, you know you pay your 10 bucks to support the site, don’t get any membership card or anything, which I don’t care about much right, then you post a simple question and the mods are dicks to you for no aparant reason and don’t even answer…

Your sig isn’t a funny quote, its kinda lame, imo it also makes you look like an immature kid.
Put it up if you want, we dont care. If you’re gonna make a complaint post about how you can’t count characters, we’ll make fun.
The $10 membership fee doesn’t include the ‘mods suck up to you’ package.
If you say or do anything stupid, we’ll let you know
If any of the mods do or say something stupid we have enough people ragging on us.

Well, if you actually read my post you would’ve seen that in word it showed up less than 250, that’s why I posted, because maybe the setting was actually 200 or something so all I wanted was for a mod to double check in the admin panel or something. It wasn’t a complaint post, it was a “why isn’t this working post”

I don’t want anyone to suck up to me, but it would be nice if the administation treated valid inquiries with respect other than saying random shit, for paying and non paying members.
