I keep seeing what looks like a beater civic hatch that’s black & dark green with a huge fmic around Albany. Rusty.

Pulled up behind me on Madison Ave last week by Washington park. Proceeded to tear ass down Madison behind me then swung a right onto new scotland.

Saw him on Sunday afternoon parking on Madison ave by the Plaza (smoke pouring out of the exhaust), then again near the exit 23 thruway entrance going by the sunoco (no smoke this time).
