Saw some dumbass in a crv Friday morning around 6:15 who had slid off onto the shoulder of the bottom of the northway back out into oncoming traffic and stop dead in the left hand lane while I was about 100 ft behind them. I was luckily able to scoot over to the left shoulder to avoid hitting them and still had time to give out the ol one finger salute, I swear snow turns people into retards.
