Silvia chassis codes

Hey I was just wondering if some people could help me decifer Silvia chassis codes such as E-PS13, KPS-13, RS-13 etc. etc. Tried searching for this stuff but couldn’t find much. Also whats the difference between the K’s model and the Q’s model? Thanks and sorry for the noob question.

So do Silvia Q’s from '88-'90 have the ca18de, not ca18det?

Qs and Js from 88-90 have CA18DE Non-Turbo
Ks from 88-90 have CA18DET Turbo
180sx from 89-90 have CA18DET Turbo

K infront of chassis code means Hicas and if no K it is NON-Hicas

K cool. Do 91 and ons have the sr20det and sr20de variant in them then?

same thing goes for the sr20 that went for the ca18

q’s = low end, non turbo
k’s = higher end, turbo

not sure if they had j’s for the sr20 though, you can barely find a ca one anyways

P : in the chassis code means sr20det
k : means hicas
R : mean hatchback
so a late model s13 hatch would be RPS13-00000
a late model coupe would be PS13-00000

E: is the early years 88-90 but not too sure…
