problem: car has a great top end, but lauches like a dog

reason: first gear ratio was selected by a retard in the mfg’s powertrain division, this has been compounded by the lack of tire swap options (big brakes = bigger wheels and tires, would be very expensive to get a short enough sidewall to “adjust” the gear ratio

idea: 50 shot of nitrous off the line to get the car moving out of the hole, after that it will do just fine

question: based on a running a 50 shot for 6 seconds (the time it spends in first gear) how many passes would a 10 pound bottle last ?

no turbo on this one, just a few mods that killed low end

i told him to just run a 150shot for the length of the track, but he doesnt want to spend that much NAW$

the bog is all of first, and part of 2nd also … makes the first part of second feel shitty too …
