deffinitly a GTS its the non turbo rear wheel drive.the GT-R would have had 5 car lenths by time the honda shifted to 3rd.

I agree. People think skylines are blazing fast right out of the box. They are not. A stock Skyline GTR is right in the 300 wheel horsepower range. The car isnt exactly light either. Put a stock GTR up against a 400 whp civic that weighs 2400lbs and your gonna get a video that looks like that ass whipping you just witnessed.
For the record a stock GT-R is rated at 276HP. Not because that’s what it’s putting down but due to the Japanese Gov. limiting what can be advertised legally for power. Last time I checked though a car that has 276HP and weighs 3500lbs does not run low 13’s off the shelf. That Civic sounds like it’s got something under the hood to back up a challenge though.

from what I know that civic is in the 400-450whp range and an EF weighes right around 2200lbs or so…by the way I also think that is a GTR from what I have read
PS- at the end of the vid you can see the GTR badge clear as day on the rear of the car…I don’t think many skyline owners rebadge their street cars to look like a GTR

and ive seen a escort with the same badge in monroeville
& there was also a mustang GT at WOW that had the “R” from a GTR badge on it. :jerkit: :down:
so someone rebadging a GTS to a GTR would not suprise me.
