The wife’s Murano had a slow leak on 3 of the 4 tires. Took it over to Andy and once he and his brother dismounted them the problem was obvious… lots of rim corrosion at the bead. They cleaned up the rims and the tires and after a remount/balance I haven’t lost a single PSI in about a week.
These were chain store mounted before Andy opened his shop, probably with a solution of tap water and dish soap based on the mess. Just another cautionary tale about taking your stuff to people who care about their work.
