Uh been going at this for a while, no luck lead me in right directions. What do i have to do to get this mold out - i just want to pull out my cluster !
There are bolts under the colum that holds colum up(thing blocking you from getting the cluster surround out). Unscrew the two screws, and if you want more room there is 2 more bolts near the firewall holding up the steering columun screw those four, and it should drop down. They are 12mm bolts. Then you will be able to take the cluster surround withe ease. DONT USE WRONG SIZE RATCHET AS IT WILL NOT WORK AND MAY DAMAGE BOLTS.
You might want to fill up on gas to lol.
fix mine ill fix yours i live in oshawa though:( If you can make it here i can take the cluster out for you. I’ve done it several times with my car lol.

Look underneath and you will see the steering column is being held up by 2 screws. Remove these screws and the it will drop but not all the way, the 2 big springs will keep it in place.
After you put the cluster back in, you just raise the steering column and screw the 2 big bolts back in.
It is really easy after you do it the first time
