My First house! I have the smaller side but I dont need much room right now and its more then enough for me and when the gf is over.I have a pretty cool tenant who is a minister.Both sides are 2 bedroom and 1 side has a half bath in the basement.Inside is a little outdated but i will soon be updating the electrical and throwing a panel in the garage to get some projects going.

Best part about it is the 3 car garage and the location.Nice quiet area in NT close to my favorite people and places.I love my conrecte driveway and there are woods behind the garage I still need to explore

On roncroff. Its right between sweeny and robinson near twin city. Nice neighborhood

My fiancee used to live on Roncroft. I am also from NT. It’s a nice community.

Only thing on the line is your credit score…don’t sweat it. It’s something you can walk away from if shit hits the fan…unlike the student debt so many have. :wink:
