They pull the lense back, called “the flap” so the laser can correct the eye. They simply fold it back once the laser is done and the results are instanteous.

I had PRK done, this is where they take the entire lense off the eye and let it grow back on its own. Vision comes back better each day after the procedure, just takes about 2 or 3 weeks before you get to 100% results

lasik is very cool in that everyone i hear that has done it have had perfect results. however, i hate the idea of my eyes being sliced…cut, whatever. asdbgasbdogyui ah. on the other hand, im at the eye doctors at least 4 times a summer to get metal out of my eye, or numbing for welding flash, or some stupid reason. i have bad luck with my eyes

do it. clause fichte did my surgery himself. yeah, his name is clause. 20/20 and 20/15 are the final results. best 3k ive ever spent. hopefully your insurance will cover some of it, mine didnt. anyway, pm if you have any questions.
