couldnt pass up the deal, so i traded in the Maxima. First the maxima had some serious issues that nissan chose to ignore…it also had 4 BALD tires…needless to say, i owed 17k on the car, they gave me 19k and are eating the tires!
so, anyway… 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Freedom Edition
price was 18k, but with the trade etc i walked away with the exact same payments, and zero out of pocket!
loaded, 4x4, all black interior, moon roof, 4 brand new tires, inline 6, tow pkg, etc etc etc…this thing is fuggin NICE.
Nice looking ZJ, but aren’t 2006s selling for around $18k on the dealer lots

eh, there are some, but they have little to no options and high ass miles. they average low 20’s…this one is better than well equiped with average miles…go to autotrader, there is a ton of 04s for more than i paid, and they are crap. i did my research…something i normally dont do.
wow it doesn’t look like hardly anything has changed. I picked up a YJ (2001) this past winter and the interior looks identical. Except i have leather, and wish it were cloth…but i don’t think cloth has heated seats.
Jeep is a good purchase IMHO as far as a daily beater is concerned.

yeah, not alot has changed, but thats fine. it suits every one of my needs, way more than the maxima ever did.
the seats are the comfyest thing ever…you sink right in.
i originally went to look at an overland…but it sold that morning.
best part is…after finalizing the deal today, found out my payments dropped over $30 per month from what they originally told me…now im well below $400!
