Fuck it. Everyone knows that Canada sucks and they know it too. And I understand not wanting to pay duties on their clothes but seriously, can’t you place it in one of the dozens of garbage cans? Fcukin tarsh.
On the other hand they really help out this struggling area with their shopping tours.
First of all, I used to work in the mall too, and never felt the need to complain about the citizens of an entire country and make stereotypes on the internet. You think CANADIANS are bad? I’d take a Canadian over a dumb fuck redneck from the midwest ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
And either way, it’s BARGAIN HUNTERS that you are having a problem with. Not necessarily Canadians. And from my experience, bargain hunters from the states are just as bad, if not worse than bargain hunters from Canada.
Maybe you should suck it up and realize that you work in the fucking mall and stop bitching.
oh and p.s. I’m Portuguese-Canadian, suck my maple flavored sausage.:suckoff:
I generally like Canadians EXCEPT when they are in the states… Back when our dollar was weak as fuck I would boycott the mall just so I wouldnt have to fight the obnoxious masses of them. And dont get me started on their parking lot etiquette.
My girlfriend works at the Cheesecake Factory and the OP is spot on. They are disrespectful, ignorant, demanding and worst of all, they don’t tip. You would be lucky to get a 5% tip…
Well retail sucks hard enough as it is. Retail at a hat store in an outlet mall near an international border is chrome-off-a-trailer-hitch level sucking.
i usually dont feel obligated to be polite to people at the mall anyways. i go to the outlets alot but never lids since i dont wear hats.
i’d say just get over it. Canadians keep that mall open. there is no other reason for a coach, burberry, boss, saks outlet to be in NF if not for Canadians crossing the border to shop there.
I worked at BR while I was getting my MBA. I enjoyed the flexibility and casual atmosphere. It worked very well with my schedule.
That said, I despised Canadians or any other people who would come in and treat the place like it was a flea market. People should act with some dignity wherever they are. Just because you’re in a mall doesn’t mean you should trash the place.
My Canadian friends come ans stay with us while they shop.
It lets them buy more stuff.
But, they are a little more upscale and do not leave their old underwear in parking lots like some.
I think you fail to realize that everything here is essentially on sale from their perspective. That being said, you will attract a lot of the Walmart style shopper personality traits.
