exactly mine. Im currently 215 and 13%. I figure if i can get to 185 id be set.thats still alot to drop for my frame though. So anything without losing muscle mass is going to be good
8% bf… ughh… thats like anorexia… im up 10 lbs this month, on a tanita bf scale i was 12.8 %… and im anorexic…

8%BF on a guy who weighs 180lbs at 5’10’ will look large and be ripped as all hell. Are you saying anorexic as in looks/size or you heve to be anorexic to get 8% i dont quite understand i guess. Carnut im about 10% right now and am bulking as of now but last time i cut i went under 8% and did it without losing too much mass. I was doing 45 min low impact cardio in the AM then lifting later followed by 15min HIIT and a really strict diet.
